Dr. Faisal Khan accept out-of-pocket patients and is in-network for most commercial plans of United Health, Aetna, CDPHP (Capital District Physical Health Plan), and Optum. 

Dr. Farnoosh Khan is out-of-network only at this time. 

For out-of-pocket patients, a superbill can be provided upon request for full/partial reimbursement if your health insurance policy allows for out of network visits.
